Our client is a 248 bed hospital comprising of 6 storey Mechanical penthouse main building along with 5 service buildings, containing 65,000 sq.m. floor area.

The governmental hospital is in Ras Al Khaimah and is considered to be the largest specialised hospital in the Middle East focussing on cancer and heart treatment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Call Center Representative will be responsible for taking a reservation and arranging the time schedule of OPD under the supervision of head of call center in the Appointments (Call Center)

REQUIREMENTS

Licensing and Education:

Candidates –


A. In case of Holding a BCS or 4years Diploma after High School, not Necessary
B. In case of Holding a 3years Diploma after High School, not Necessary
C. In case of Holding a 2years Diploma after High School, not Necessary
D. In case of Holding a 2years Diploma after High School, NLT 3 years of experience


A. In case of Holding a Master’s Degree, not Necessary
B. In case of Holding a BCS or 4years Diploma after High School, not Necessary
C. In case of Holding a 3years Diploma after High School, not Necessary
D. In case of Holding a 2years Diploma after High School, NLT 3 years of experience
E. In case of Holding a 2years Diploma after High School, NLT 5 years of experience

Maintains calendar, schedules appointments and meeting rooms.
